Staff was very helpful when we got there. This was my 1st experience with paintball. The man who helped us explained the difference in the larger vs. smaller paintballs. He was spot on, my son & I started with a smaller "kids" group the ages ranged from youngest probably around 10 years & oldest one of us parents in our 30's & 40's using the smaller ammo still was left with some good bumps & bruises BUT my older daughter & spouse decided to go with the adults & use the larger paintballs....needless to say within about 30-45mins my daughter decided to join our group & the marks on them from the larger ammo made it look like they had been beaten up pretty good. There is nothing wrong with going smaller & having a blast. We will be back. Also the referee for our group was great & made it all the more fun.
Man had a blast mask on crews nonstop cod ain't got nothing on paintball ...cowboys n Indians rocks yeeyeeyee...

Amazing experience, very friendly staff. Very reasonable price. The park is gigantic! So much room to run around, having fun and feel like a kid again! Worth the drive from the city.
Terrible Customer Service directly from the owner herself. Was not allowed to use my own newly purchased gun or gear. It was for a private Birthday party, so the cost I paid was for use of all of their gear, so using my own would have been a bonus for them. I forgot to bring the $1.00 barrel sock cover so I wasn't allowed to use my gun, even though my fee included one of theirs. But nope, can't use theirs on my gun...no valid reason. My new anti-fog mask with fan...nope. I was forced to use theirs which fogged up immediately. After several of us couldn't continue because they were so fogged up we were basically blind (can't take them off on the course), they told us we could rent some of their junk anti-fog masks for an additional $10 each. For a place that preaches safety, it's odd that they let you run around blind before tricking you into an upgrade. If safety were a priority they would just supply anti-fog to everyone, and for God sake, if someone brings equipment that allows them to see, don't force them to use junk so you can milk an extra $10 out of them. The courses were great, and experience would have been to if the owner was the least bit interested in customer service...I guess you don't have to be when you are the only game in town.
